“The trip was good. The city guide, an older lady, was both informative and amusing-she made the day actually. Had time to see the castle and the arena. The guide on the bus managed the group well and spoke fluent English and German. The journey was quite long and seemed convoluted but it didn’t detract from the day.”

“Great day out, guide was very funny and informative. We were dropped off around 10am for some free time first then the walking tour started at 1pm for about an hour. Coach was comfortable and properly air conditioned which was very welcome after a day of 35°C round Verona! Could have done this cheaper going on the local bus from Bardolino but we had a much more positive experience going on an organised trip (and having experienced the local bus service, personally the less time spent on it the better!)”

“Lovely trip. Perhaps a tad on the costly side seeing as you then have to pay extra for the cable car to the top of the mountain but overall, I'd say it was worth it. It would have been handy to have been told in advance that there is a scheduled stop for breakfast about 1 hour 15 mins into the journey (we brought a croissant, ham, cheese etc with us due to the early start) and that you get a discount on the cable car ride for a group booking if you have the cash (€23 instead of €27 if paying by card). We didn't have enough cash on…”

“Bought this excursion because of Riva del Garda. Due to some traffic on the way, the itinerary was unilaterally changed to prolong the stay in Malcisine and scrap Riva completely. No consultation no nothing- just told what will happen. Shortening the Stop over in other stops could still have accommodated Riva, but there was none of that. ☹️”

“Our guide Thomas and driver Sadie were absolutely amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and more. Loved the inside advice including safety tips. Thomas and Sadie were so funny they really made the trip. But Venice itself was absolutely incredible so not skip this trip!!! Beautiful city and amazing food. Lots of opportunities for toilet breaks etc as explained well. Great value for money I would have paid double!”
